Our VTX high-grade, wide-flanged Olympic Grip Plates (45 lb., 35 lb., 25 lb., and 10 lb. only) include three slotted gripping sections that raise the plates off the ground, making it easier to lift and load from a prone or inclined position. It's a true institutional plate with raised reinforcements on both sides of each grip slot, and trainers all over the world use it. For a tighter fit on most 2" Olympic bars, center bores are precision drilled. Rust-resistant, twice baked gray enamel finish.

Our best economy 7’ chrome Olympic bar is the one we include in all our weight sets and is a staple of retail dealers nationwide. A larger 31mm stress-proof steel bar shaft makes it stronger than most other bars in its class and a great addition to any home workout. Estimated max weight capacity of 600lbs. Set also includes 2 spring collars. The barbell weight is 44lb - the total weight of the complete set is 300lb.
