Returns Policy
RETURNS
- Please inform Gym Gear Direct via email, and we will issue a returns authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number. No exceptions
- All returns must be shipped back by a carrier approved by Gym Gear Direct. We will determine whether repair, replacement, or credit is in order.
- Returns other than defects will be subjected to a 25% fee for Troy and Vortex Brand products, 15% fee for VTX and USA Branded products.

CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellation of your order will be free within 24 hours, prior to collecting payment.
- After 24 hours and beyond, there will be a 5% charge on the order value to cancel if the order has not shipped.
- If the order has been shipped, you will be responsible for shipping and restocking charges already incurred. Refer to refer to our return policy or contact us for more information.
