VTX 245 lbs to 425 lbs Olympic Cast Iron Grip Plates Set

Our VTX Olympic Cast Iron Grip Plates are of affordable quality and have 3 slotted gripping regions (45LB, 35LB, 25LB, and 10LB only). These gripping areas actually raise the plates off the ground, making it simpler to lift and load the plates from a prone or angled position. The choice of trainers worldwide, raised reinforcements on either side of each grip slot serve to make it a true institutional plate. Most 2" Olympic bars have precision-drilled center bores for a tighter fit. Gray enamel finish with a rust-resistant double baking.
